This role is perfect for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an existing Sous Chef who wants to work in a creative, cuisine-driven kitchen. The Role As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality Asian-inspired dishes, lead services, and keep standards high across busy sessions. This is a hands-on role where cuisine knowledge matters more than systems.
